Refund Policy
Read this before subscribing. Compounded medications are generally non-refundable once dispensed.
1. Subscription overview
Livozo programs are sold as recurring subscriptions. Your payment method is charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or quarterly) until you cancel. The price you pay each cycle is shown to you at checkout and again before each renewal in the case of a price change.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing [email protected].
- To stop the next charge, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to clinical support and any prepaid services until then.
3. Consultation fee
The consultation fee compensates a licensed clinician for reviewing your intake and making a prescribing decision. The consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the consultation. This is consistent with industry practice for professional fees rendered.
4. Medication refunds
IN NO EVENT SHALL YOU BE ISSUED A REFUND FOR DISPENSED MEDICATION UPON CANCELLATION, except as required by law or as described under Medical disqualification. Federal law and state pharmacy regulations generally prohibit the return of dispensed prescription medication for reuse or restocking. Once a medication has shipped, it cannot be returned for refund or credit.
5. Medical disqualification
If, after you have paid for a subscription but before medication has shipped, a Livozo clinician determines that you are not medically eligible for the program, we will issue a refund of the medication portion of your charge. The consultation fee remains non-refundable because the clinician has provided the service of reviewing your intake.
6. Damaged, lost, or incorrect items
- Contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost when the issue is verified. Replacements, not refunds, are the standard remedy for medication.
- Some compounded medications must be kept refrigerated. If your package arrived warm or with a damaged cold-pack, contact us immediately and do not use the medication.
7. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us at [email protected]— we will work to resolve issues directly. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of fees.
8. Questions
Email [email protected] with any refund question. Our team is available business hours Monday through Friday.
