A licensed healthcare provider in your state reviews your profile. They may request recent lab work or ask follow-up questions via our secure messaging portal to ensure treatment is safe.
If approved, your prescription is routed to one of our licensed pharmacy partners. Your medication, along with all supplies, is shipped quickly and discreetly directly to your door.
Treatment isn’t a one-time transaction. You have ongoing access to your clinical team to adjust your dose, manage any side effects, and coordinate automatic monthly refills.
No surprises
Your monthly subscription includes the medication, supplies, shipping, and ongoing clinician messaging. There are no hidden setup fees or surprise shipping charges.
Your data is protected by strict HIPAA-compliant security measures. We do not sell your medical data to third parties.
You are in control of your subscription. You can cancel your upcoming refills at any time directly from your patient portal without having to call customer service.
