How the medical process works.
Who are the clinicians?
When Launchpad is wired, clinical decisions will be made by US-licensed, board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners who operate independently from the Livozo marketing site. That review is not live today. Livozo does not employ the prescriber.
Do I have to do a video call?
When Launchpad is wired, most states are expected to use asynchronous intake and secure messaging. Some states may still require a brief video or phone call. There is no live consult to schedule from this site today.
What if I experience side effects?
When Launchpad is wired, messaging lives on the partner patient portal. Partner clinicians can adjust a dose or pause treatment if they decide that is appropriate. This site is not that portal.
Billing & Insurance
How payment is planned — not a live checkout.
Do you accept insurance?
Launchpad care paths are intended as cash-pay. HSA/FSA cards may be accepted once partner billing is live. We do not bill insurance. Compounded GLP-1s on Launchpad are not branded-drug substitutes.
Are there hidden fees?
When partner billing exists, the listed cash-pay price is intended to cover clinician review, medication if prescribed, supplies, messaging, and shipping. That is not a live subscription or shipping offer today, and it is not a promise of same-week delivery.
How do I cancel?
When subscriptions exist, cancel would live on the partner patient portal — not a mock Livozo checkout pretending care is live.
What if I am denied treatment?
If a future partner clinician declines treatment after Launchpad is wired, refund handling would follow the partner policy then in effect. There is no live intake charge to refund today.

Where does the medication come from?
When Launchpad is wired, fulfillment is through our clinical partner's licensed US 503A pharmacy network. We do not claim Red Rock as the exclusive pharmacy and we do not source from overseas gray markets.
How is it shipped?
Nothing ships from this site today. When Launchpad is wired, the partner pharmacy is expected to use discreet packaging and, for refrigerated compounds, insulated mailers. Those details are not a live shipping promise.
Do I need to be home to sign for it?
When fulfillment exists, signature and cold-chain instructions will come from the partner pharmacy. There is no live delivery to sign for today.
What states do you ship to?
Care is not live in any state today. After Launchpad go-live, the clinical target is 50-state coverage via licensed partner clinicians. Louisiana blocks shipping of compounded GLP-1s. Partner intake will collect your state when Launchpad is wired. Fulfillment is not live yet.
