Eligibility
To ensure patient safety and comply with state telehealth regulations, our affiliated clinicians adhere to strict eligibility criteria before approving any treatment plan.
Baseline requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age (or older, depending on specific state laws) to utilize the Livozo platform. We do not currently treat pediatric or adolescent patients.
You must be physically located in a state where our affiliated clinical network operates and where our pharmacy partners are licensed to ship medication.
To prevent fraud and ensure safe prescribing, you must provide a valid government-issued ID that matches your intake profile before a clinical review can begin.
Program specific criteria
Beyond the baseline requirements, each treatment pathway has its own clinical inclusion and exclusion criteria based on established medical literature.
Protocols like sermorelin and NAD+ are evaluated against your symptoms, goals, and history. Sermorelin is generally not appropriate for patients with active malignancy, and your clinician will review contraindications before prescribing.
PT-141 is reviewed against cardiovascular history and current medications. It is generally not recommended for patients with uncontrolled hypertension, and a clinician will confirm it is safe for you.
GHK-Cu and glutathione protocols are assessed through a detailed medical history and, where relevant, a photographic review to rule out contraindicated underlying conditions.
If you don't qualify
If your clinician reviews your intake and determines that you are not a safe candidate for the program you selected, any initial charges are fully refunded immediately.
You won't just get a generic rejection email. If a clinician declines to prescribe, they will typically provide the medical reasoning and advise you to follow up with your primary care provider.
In some cases, you may not qualify for a specific peptide protocol but may be a better fit for a different one. Your clinician will guide that conversation.
