Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Launchpad care paths — macro GLP-1s, Micro GLP, NAD+, sermorelin, and B12 — would be prescribed off-label by partner clinicians and dispensed as compounded preparations by licensed 503A pharmacies when appropriate. Care is not live in any state today. Treatment availability will be determined by state telehealth law, pharmacy licensure, and clinician scope during partner clinical intake — not from this marketing site.
